Panacea Updates

User does specifically agree to the terms of the License Agreement by virtue of installing or having installed this software and the use of same.

General Instructions

• These instructions pertain to original Panacea only - Panacea.ner updates are autometically applied upon log in.
• Everyone should be out of Panacea prior to applying a new update.
• Always login to Windows as Administrator or as a user with Administrator priveleges to apply an update.
• Always be sure to apply the update on the server first, and then execute Panacea on the Server to allow any database updates to occur.
• The next time each workstation connects to the server, the user will be prompted automatically to apply the latest update.

To download:

• Click on the desired update to start the download process.
• Enter your user name and password.
• Click on "Run" OR "open" to begin the download.
• Click on "Run" to accept the 'Unkown Publisher' warning.
• Change the "Unzip to folder" as required (By default the unzip will go to c:\xfer\PanaceaUpdate).
• Click "Unzip"
• The update is now ready to install. Click on the "Panacea Update" icon to execute the update program.
• Be sure to read the installation instructions carefully before selecting "Apply Update".
• Finally execute Panacea on the server to perform the last step of the update.
• Other users will then get the update as they log in to Panacea.
